Ordered 2 taco packs (which is 2 tacos per order) only got 2 tacos. Asked for unsweetened tea (no sugar!) and got a tea that had so much sugar that is was almost syrup. Chicken club sandwich had a 1 1.5 inch piece of bacon and a tomato that was about the same size. (Refer to photos to see) After sharing my issue with co workers I find that they have all had similar issues lately with Refusals to ever go back. Look at the reviews everyone! This place has a very bad leadership. They leave replies here but as you can see, they have had the same issues for years. Hire your team members and actually spend the time to train them. Get a lead that will actually care about the food and customers.

Actual photo of what they served me as a “sourdough jack”. It appears to have been dropped on the floor where it broke into small pieces, and then for some reason they put it on the bun anyway and served to me as a hamburger to feed to my 8yo Daughter.

I literally asked for extra mayo, and they gave me a bone dry double burger. Not enjoying my experience. You can tell it's been sitting there for too long, so the patties are dried out as well. And to give me no sauce on top of that feels so careless. it's not even busy right now, so there's no reason for my meal to be like this.
