Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered two box combos tonight. Got home and chicken was undone. Took it back and chicken was not fully cooked again. Skin on the chicken is wet and soggy. Don't know if they are rushing but something needs to change asap!! Service is good and respectful but the food is not cooked correct

I walked in. I ordered TheCanac combo no coleslaw extra fries instead of chain sauce I want a honey mustard and an extra piece of toast butter on both sides. I want my fries crispy. I want my chicken crispy and a lemonade with no ice. I get my meal. The chicken scared is followed off. The fries are soggy. The bread is not butter on both sides like I asked and my drink has ice in it so I asked him can they remake it? I sat there for another 15 minutes All for my meal to come out the same as I just received it the first time I am very disappointed. I paid $19 for a meal that I’m not satisfied with.

I took my grandkids for dinner at this Grand Prairie Raising Cane's location. At the register the service was Excellent!!! The employees were friendly and professional. The person who took the order I believe his name was Jacob. Food was great at a reasonable price. Overall great experience!!
