I’ve eaten at Shake Shack all over the world ( London, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Texas) and by far Ben the manager at the Grand Prairie, TX location exceeded my expectations in an order that wasn’t 100 percent correct. I’m forever a happy customer since I’ve encountered Ben’s above and beyond customer service.

The environment and service are good, but this time I tried a new product, Korean BBQ-flavored burgers and fries. To be honest, I didn't get the feeling of Korean BBQ at all. The fries were even worse, They only sprinkled chili powder on top. It is recommended to order the Shack stack, at least it is delicious and the milkshake is also great
