Me and my girlfriend ordered some food on door dash and they didn't have anything we ordered except for 2 items. The other time we ordered, they had the items, but they did not give us syrup with the french toast sticks. Then this morning my girlfriend door dashed again and they did not send any cream or sugar in the bag with her hot coffee. The service there is absolutely pathetic. Food is good, if they have it, but you'll be lucky if they do. Forget about efficient service though.

This place needs to close. I sat at the drive-thru window for almost 10 minutes. And no one ever opened the window or said a word to me. This used to be the best location in Houston... No more... There are homeless people walking through the drive-thru it is very unsettling. Very very very disappointing. I just left there today, Saturday. I absolutely don't recommend even though I used to love their tacos

Place new, at least open since January. Long waits morning, afternoon, night. Slow. The demand is there, there will around 4 cars and 2-4 people waiting inside. One guy seems polite. Lady seems rude. Counts the sauces and doesn't give them, forget napkins. Has something rude to say. Homeless around but the camera tower they have outside do seem to work and do seem they have handled it. Something is wrong or off. People come but they aren't getting any faster or better customer service. The jack in the box 15 minutes north and south of this store, it is worth the drive. Hope it improves. Issues are addressed or being addressed. (the store seems want to do good but some of the staff or something, really making an effort to mess up?)
