Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Someone working at canes wrote a message in the cup it seems to say mean. I don't think that I was rude I just ordered my food like normal and there was no altercation. I might have came off rude when I was ordering because I was yelling so they could hear me. I had to repeat the order at the drive through 3 times so I yelled the third time. Besides that reason the message on the cup was unnecessary and now I’m scared that the beverage has been tampered with. I recently moved to the area and I was expecting the same service as the canes at Shepherd. So dissapointed and scared they take out their frustrations on the customer.

Food quality and establishment cleanliness were all an A+ for me. The staff was extremely nice, the sweet tea was not drenched with sugar and bearable to drink. The chicken was crisp, fries were fresh, and coleslaw was cold. Overall a good experience. The one thing I'd say that's affected this place, and all canes, is the price. I feel with what you pay for, the chicken fingers are not enough. But these are hards times and the food is still Overall good.

Why ask if I want ketchup? When I parked to eat my food to my surprise..NO ketchup! Tenders…one couldn’t be ate..seemed like it was all rib meat…tried all sides to bite it..disappointed
