I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at the drive-thru, a place where I didn't anticipate such high-quality service. A heartfelt thank you to Shamika for her outstanding attention and professionalism. It's rare to encounter such exemplary service, even at the upscale restaurants I frequent. Shamika truly sets a standard that others should aspire to achieve.

The portions were quite adequate and good. It has a classic fast food approach. There are plenty of drink options and a mini sauce bar. The tables were clean.

This Whataburger close by Texas children's hospital gave me very bad food poisoning. I was in the ER with my daughter for about 5 hours already. I was very hungry, so I ate my patty melt with ketchup as I wasn't suspecting anything wrong. Halfway through my burger I looked at the meat and it was very raw and without the ketchup it tasted absolutely horrendous. I was hoping it wouldn't get me sick but the next day I was very ill with a high fever and chills. The fever lasted 2 days and it was very painful. It's been 4 days and I am still currently sick to my stomach I can hardly keep any food down. Prior to me figuring out it was the Whataburger that got me sick, my mother in law got her refund from the raw patty melts. Be very careful with this location. My phone was dead so I wasn't able to take any pictures of my patty melt.
