Went to this location during lunch time. The speed of the drive-thru and the service was exceptional. However, the food fell a little short. The burger was good, but the egg roll and onion rings looked like they spent too much time in the fryer. Everybody has an off day, so I wouldn't be opposed to trying it again.

I had a troubling experience at this Jack in the Box location that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a burger and, to my shock, it arrived with tape and plastic on it. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. It was @6:30 am, no line 30 minutes after opening. When I brought this to the attention of the management, they offered to replace my order. However, I requested a full refund instead, given the circumstances. The manager I spoke with was disrespectful and, when I asked for his name, he abruptly hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I hope others are aware of the potential issues regarding food safety at this location and the lack of respect from management. I believe customers deserve better, and I hope the corporate team addresses this matter seriously
