Went last evening. We ordered 4 tacos , 2 sourdough jacks and a large order fries . When I clicked on place order at 8:09 I immediately got an email stating it would be ready at 8:13. I entered restaurant,food was in bag. I looked to the fry and food warmer area, there were many tacos on the rack, the warmer lights were off!! So yes our food was grossss! It was cold. The sourdough jacks were cold and the bread wasn't even buttery toasty. ($12.56 for 2 horrible burgers) The meat patties were overcooked , with rough edges and tasted they were reheated. The bread, it was dry, burnt toast that was toasted on a pan, w no butter. All the tacos were soggy n cold. The fries were cold to the touch. It was $19.00 NEVER GO TO JACK IN THE BOX!!! If a restaurant has their warming lamps off and all the food fry area dark n cold. Ask for a refund and leave immediately!!!!

Would have been better. Just moved to area. Went late at night. Specifically talking about number 3, and 5 and ended up with some plain double cheeseburger. Literally even talked About. “Garlic” I used to work at jack in the box. Would go back but it’s 3am. Very disappointed

This place is horrible just got my order shake is melted and see photo looks like someone already enjoyed my large shake. When we asked why it wasn’t filled up all the way, was told the manager said this is how it comes. A place is only as good as its management so guess the shake speaks the rest. What a waste of money. I just threw it in the trash because that’s what the whole order was.
