Today I felt like lunch from McDonald’s. So I went to the location near my job as usually. I had a card for a free lunch or dinner which I received 2 from Lorie I guess a representative for this location. Today I go to order my meal the manager on duty a Mexican with the nastiest attitude. I guess because I was using the free meal card from another time where I received a burnt bagel. I got my meal quick but when I received my order burger was messy and fries were old. I just give up on the location. I will be contacting customer service about the manager.

I have tried and tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of a doubt because it's so close to my house, But it's been to many times were they get my order wrong or they don't add what I pay for. The customer service is so freaking rude. I'm tired of to many mistakes and rudeness. I have spoken to the manager twice to address the issues and hate to complain but it didnt even work. The managers themselves are rude aswell as there employees. ITS THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!

This location is the worst for timeliness and accuracy. My order had to be repeated so many times, it was still wrong. The only plus is that I wasn't charged for what was missing. I don't know what's going on with McDonald's but skimping on fries is getting out of hand. They put a small in a medium and a medium in large. How they got around showing it was full was they laid both fries on its side in the bag. I'd have a picture of the large fry but as soon as they got home and took the large out of the bag, they started eating.
