I waited to get started of the drive-through for about 30 minutes. I was able to actually open up the McDonald’s app order and pay for my food and still no service. There was line of cars behind me and we kind of just all dipped out if it wasn’t even a rush, she was like 7 o’clock at night.

The lady who was in the drive thru was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. She was very adamant about the fact that they don't carry peace tea. Even though it's on the menu. She said they didn't carry it. Not that they were out. Very specific, it would have been one thing to be out, but don't lie and say you don't carry it. My burger was under cooked and my fries were hot ( the only reason I didn't go back immediately) I do not recommend going there and dealing with their rude staff.

We have never been to a Jack in the box before. Every table was dirty so we had to clean our own. No customers in the lobby but us. Ordered curly fries for 4 of us and received half curly and half regular. Will not go here again
