I did an online order today, July 8th at 2:22 p.m. as I usually would, I pulled into the drive-thru waited 10 minutes and the single car in front of me didn't even order. I decided to go inside then continued to wait another 20 minutes and they served only one person at the register. Then i finally get tired and start getting louder so someone would serve me. Informed them when I ordered my food and then finally got it. I talked to the manager she said it happens every day. I have ordered and shortest wait time for mobile order was 30 min. Today it took 1 hour to receive my COLD and stale food. I ask for store manager and the manager gave me the number to Baylor Scott and white hospital instead of DONNA the store manager. This place is horrible to order food 90 percent of the time.... WARNING do not go unless you plan to wait a long time. New review 28 Dec decided to try it again and it was a little bit faster but this time there was nobody in the dining hall. Nobody in the Drive-Thru. When I received my food I am missing all my tacos and had onions on my croissant breakfast sandwich for some odd reason.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad with extra chicken on Thursday 3/13. I was immediately told that the chicken is no longer grilled but julienned. I agreed. When I got my food, I had to ask for my receipt. Something told me to look at it right then. They charged $5 for extra chicken and it wasn't even freshly cooked. When I got home and was ready to eat, I was even more disappointed to find out that the lettuce wasn't even cut. And I'm not talking about big chunks of lettuce but an entire freaking leaf, like it was pulled straight from the head. Even though I thought it was just one leaf, when I looked through I found that the entire salad was like that. Maybe like 4 full leaves of lettuce 🥬 instead of chopped or shredded. I'm so disappointed in JITB. I didn't eat there all the time, but to find that they have not only reduced the options of salad but also changed the way the meat is prepared as well as charging almost the price of the salad just for extra chicken. I was pissed. I'll probably never go back to JITB. This is so lazy and unprofessional.

Placed an order for tiny tacos from the drive-through, and the cashier rudely told me to park, and the order would be brought out. Waited over 20 minutes without receiving my food, so I went in to ask for a refund. The lady at the front counter started making excuses about how she went out and didn't see me despite being the only blue truck in the parking lot. Denied my refund request and just gave me the cold food. Didn't even offer to make fresh food since they kept me waiting for so long. Absolutely disappointing experience.
