I found a thin strand of hair in my basket of fries and another one in my toddler’s happy meal. I tried calling multiple times and no answer for each call made. Filling out a feedback form doesn’t resolve the problem, since nothing was done about the issue. I had to throw the fries away. Too bad for my baby who loves his fries. Also, I ordered a toddler toy for my boy and got a Ruth character toy instead. I asked for my receipt and never received it. The first window said my name then left, so I went to the second window. I asked the person if i can have my receipt. Never got it. No problem, I have the receipt in my email, since it was a mobile app order.

Before you read my review, do yourself a favor and read all the others. The management doesn't even reply to the reviews. I took screen shots of ALL of them and I'm send a email to the corporate office. People there are completely useless. You go in for a mobile order already paid for. Am absolutely nobody can help you. They all stand around avoiding customers. I am more upset they consistently waste my time. It's this location in particular bever have these issues other locations in killeen. I suggest avoiding this one at all costs.

I didn’t want to do this because McDonalds is my favorite place to go to, but I had to. Although the food was great as always, the service was not. My 2 friends and I noticed that the female up front(idk her name) was giving us attitude. You know it sucks to go to your favorite place and just get bad service.
