I went through the drive through and it took forever because they forgot I was at the speaker waiting to place my order. Then when I pulled up, they were about to hand me my food and I hadn’t even paid yet. They had so much going on at the window but I handed her my payment and said I need to pay for this. Then I get back to eat my food, and it just wasn’t good.

I make my delivery order through Wendy's website and never received it. They canceled my order and I didn't receive a refund. When I called the store, they told me they didn't know how I could get my refund. The person on the phone was the manager, she was very rude disrespecting me and even laughed when I asked for my refund. The worst service ever!

This Wendy's on Ft. Hood street is the worst establishment. You ask for fresh cooked nuggets and they keep giving you the old ones under the light!!! Go to Clear Creek Wendy's if you want fresh cook food...all you need to do is ask and it REALLY gets cooked fresh!! 195 Wendy's need some more training about customer service...I had to go back twice that's ridiculous!! If it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a job?? Don't want to cook change your profession!!
