terrible, went through the drive through and they sent me to curbside. i go wait then they then bring out only one of my items and tell me to have a nice night. i now have to enter the restaurant after waiting half an hour where they give me the wrong items to fulfill the order and when i ask for them to be corrected end up waiting another 30 minutes. i leave with the “correct” order to get home and find it completely wrong

McDonalds at Jacaman is spacious and clean. On two tables there are computer play stations for kids. That’s a neat come-on for families with children. Pancakes I ordered are tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. Hubby’s coffee, though, was not hot and so he was dissatisfied. When I returned it, staff replaced it with the hot brew. We were also unimpressed a bit because when we received the order, there were no utensils, syrup and butter in addition to the lukewarm coffee. Usually McDonalds staff are efficient on those routines but not today in this location. They did give them to us after we asked for them.
