My experience with the sonic and the sonic on Highway 96 by H-E-B is that the employees are horrible. They do not offer good service. They’re slow and just rude regardless of how friendly you try to be this morning they had no hot coffee, no salt and when I ask if I could justexchange this cold brew that they gave me instead of hot coffee for a glass of water, she told me she couldn’t take it back. Worst service I probably ever had. I ordered the toaster meal and when she told me I didn’t they did not have hot coffee. I said I would take the cold brew. She said what size I said whatever size comes with the meal so two times I said meal. She did not charge me for a meal Almost as much though and I did not get my tater tots horrible horrible.

They never get anything right whenever you order or they just leave items completely out of your order. Haven’t had one good experience any time I’ve went to this location or sonics in general horrible company all the way around.

No matter what time of day I go the staff are always smiling and nice. The orders are done quickly and accurately. I had kind of given up on Sonic for awhile because of service but this spot has my business!
