Had an amazing time at Taco Bell. The drive-thru/ counter guy Tyler was very professional, very polite and very helpful. It's hard to find good customer service now days. Thank you to the great team at this location!

We are frequent customers of taco Bell but rarely the one at this location. The person working the drive-thru window appeared to have a very hard time with English. Ordered a box of 12 tacos and a separate order had two tacos the two tacos were ordered without lettuce on them and as a result none of the tacos had lettuce on them. The one meal came with a drink, and tried to order a separate drink, when they arrived at the window the second drink was not there and the person at the window told them that the tacos did not come with a drink and they explained that ordered it separately but did not get it. We also did not receive a receipt so we don't know even if we paid for the drink that we did not get. Without the lettuce these tacos are very sad.

The food is normally ok but I worked at Taco Bell for two years in 2003. Portioning ruins the whole experience. You don't need more meat to make it better... Proper portioning makes Taco Bell food awesome! My main complaint after my last visit was meximelt with minimal cheese and cheesey gordita crunch with a sprinkle of cheese... I know for a fact you have spoons for this. Please set some portion goals.
