March 8, 2025 ⭐⭐ 😞 Sonic has been a disappointment lately, and today was no different. 🚗🛑 I ordered a Route 44 Ocean Water 🌊🥤, expecting that refreshing burst of coconut flavor 🥥, but it was practically nonexistent! 😩 It just tasted like watered-down syrup, and it completely missed the mark. ❌🤢 Sadly, this isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s a pattern. 🔄 This Sonic location, like so many others, just doesn’t seem to care about quality anymore. 😤 Whether it’s drinks that aren’t mixed right 🌀🥤, food that’s off 🍔❌, or just overall poor service, it feels like nobody puts in any effort. 🙄 The inconsistency is unreal—honestly, about 75-90% of the time, something is wrong. 📉😑 At this point, I don’t have high hopes. 💔 Maybe one day Sonic will step up their game, but right now, it’s just not worth the stop. 🚗💨👎

This was not even 5min from when I picked up the food. The order was completely wrong. I asked for a bacon double smash burger and a strawberry mangonada. I was given a strawberry shake with a smash burger no bacon or lettuce. The total came to $10.80 and my boyfriend handed them $15 and didn't give us the change. I'm never ordering from this sonic location ever again.

On Saturday 07/09/24 at 5:10 pm I ordered a Medium Chocolate Shake at this store. When they brought it to me, it was completely white. I told the Lady that, maybe they gave me the wrong order because it was very white, like just Ice Cream. The Lady came back with the same shake. She told me that, The Manager said it was Chocolate. The Lady was very kind, She told me Ok no problem, I'll make it again and put more chocolate in it. Suddenly Joe came out with a terrible attitude, he looked like an angry bull. He told me in a loud voice: You asked for a Chocolate Shake and, this is a Chocolate Shake. I told him ok but it's very white. He repeated, it's Chocolate and I know because I made it!! I put two pumps of chocolate in it, which is how it's supposed to be made. If you want more chocolate you have to pay for it!! My husband said Ok just charge it. I said to my husband in Spanish: What is wrong with Him? Why is He so angry? And Joe yelled: What is wrong? Do you want it for free?? That really upset Me. I told him in my basic English: I don't need anything for free. I came to buy it because I am going to pay for it. But I know how a Chocolate Shake looks like because, I used to work at a Sonic store and, I order it all the time. And This, is a poorly made shake. My husband said Are you the Manager? Oh, wow. He said Yes I am the Manager, I am sorry if You don't like that but, that is what it is. I have to say that, Joe has a serious anger problem. He has a horrible attitude. He is rude and, he is also RACIST!!! He should never work in customer service ever. Just because I don't speak his language doesn't mean I want free food, or I have to accept a poorly made Ice Cream. No one has to put up with his bad attitude!!! Sonic has special instructions for preparing their Ice Creams, both for the ingredients and the mixing. That's why their shakes are some of the best. I don't know how they let Joe run a store as busy as Sonic. He doesn't know how to work under pressure. He can't handle it. That's why this store delivers wrong orders with a bad attitude, and poorly made. The worst thing is that, The Franchise knows this because, I saw a lot of bad reviews about the Management of this Store. And they don't do anything about it. Don't go to this store. It's not worth it to be treated like that. If I could I would give it 0 stars. There are many Sonic stores in the area. I'm sure they will give you better service. Pictured is my "chocolate" shake after I mixed it at home.  It was even whiter when they gave it to me in the store.
