Part of my order was 4 sausage egg and cheese taquitos. They hardly put any sausage and egg on them. I mentioned this and they only added egg only on 1 of them ( not the sausage egg mix) I mentioned this and they took it back and only added egg to the rest . Also I had a breakfast bowl and sausage Bob. The sausage on these were so hard and dry we couldn't feed it to the kids. The hash browns were dark and tasted bad like it was cooked in really old oil. By the time they was done with the taquitos everything was cold. Horrible experience. Never had trouble with Whataburger before but this is first time I went to this location. I don't feel like I should have to pay $27.76 for food that should have been put in trash not served to the public. Please show them how to cook properly. Staff was clueless how to help like everyone was a new employee.

Stopped on my way home from work ordered a biscuits and gravy. I got home gravy was all over the bag. Looked at the container the gravy was water down And nasty biscuit tasted like cardboard

My husband and I always eat at this location but we won't ever go here again!!! The manager Robert was very rude unprofessional and the old lady Sonya very rude. I was trying to help newscaster the fries was not in the dryer all the way and she turned around and told me to mind my business and to let them do they job. First off I was getting my order remade because they messed it up. Then messed it up again after calling me to the counter to ask the exact way my burger was suppose to be. I asked for my money back and Robert told me he didn't have to give me anything. He even was kinda threatening my husband like he wanted to fight because my husband wanted his burger fixed. Those 2 there need to be fired!!! I will be calling corporate on the manager that was in the office way to kind and sweet just didn't get his name...
