Today’s visit not sure if I want to return. Upon entering the musics is blaring, soda machines not working. Ice is on the trays spilled over the drains. Which they couldn’t even care to inform you of their soda machine issue when taking your order. Take your pick water or lemonade. No drinks offered for alternative. No toppings for ice cream and still failed to inform you prior to ordering. You asked for onion rings? Hope you enjoy burnt rings. I asked for manager on shift I was addressing him Ramon, looked not much older than 15 with poor appearance of his pants at his bum. Ramon could even care less leaving the location is outside the restaurant using his phone. He should have been concerned with why a guest would ask for a manager at all. This locations has potential but needs major attention!
