Well, it's amazing. They didn't bother to give 3 drinks or a whole patty of meat on a big Mac. Wow I honestly believe it's time to close this location and fire everyone because this was a team effort to screw everything on my order. Congratulations on making sure I vote for anyone who makes sure they don't raise minimum wage anytime soon. Please bring robots and have zero staff. At least if they screw up it's just a robot error and doesn't coast me anything.

Everyone who works in this place is horrible. You can never get anybody to take your order when I order through the online app and pick it up in the parking spot. The old lady that brings out the food is super rude. She gets mad when you ask her for something that’s not on her tray I asked her for a syrup and she got mad at me saying that I didn’t order it in my app so she was gonna have to go back in and ask them if she could get a syrup so I said you know what just forget it. I ordered it on the app. You just didn’t bring it. I’ll go in myself so I went in and stood at the counter for five minutes while everybody just looked at me made our contact with people kept doing what they were doing and ignored me so I stood there and stood there and stood there, and then I watched the old lady come in Talk crap to bought me to the cooks, saying that I didn’t ask for extra syrup in the cook, yeah well she needs to ask for it in the app and I thought OK you know what this is stupid so I stood there and stood there and stood there and then I watched her grab the syrup and walk out to my car While I’m walking in. I literally walked in behind her and she held the door open for me. she didn’t even register that I was the one wanting the syrup so she comes back in and makes a big deal that I had to go get the syrup before I could bring it to you and I said you know what just forget it and I walked out. This place is ridiculous. The manager suck. Everyone here is rude

I go to this McDonald’s 2-3 times a day for my son. Last night I had the worst experience ever. The manager that was on duty on 12/10/24 was the most rude person I have come across. I made a complaint and her reaction was to start yelling at me. This restaurant doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. This woman has no business being employed by McDonald’s.
