Terrible and getting worse . Today drive through purchase., 3 triple meals . All had about 5 ounces of mayo/mustard and ketchup pouring out the buns . I’ve been going to Wendy’s on university forever , but this horrible service and quality has forever severed reliance of quality service and quality fast food at this Wendy’s location. This is just disgusting and no excuses for it . The lack of quality and concern of food products places in question overall cleanliness and health regulations and food handling state standards . I called for management and the girl that answered phone abruptly hung up on me . We really don’t need you Wendy’s franchise , we can actually live without you , but you can not live without customers!

I at one time had given you a much higher star but after four separate times in the last 5 weeks of messing up an order you take the order right you print the order right you repeat the order right but I still get an incorrect order. You serve cold food and please tell me how I got potato wedges instead of french fries and what is it about don't put cheese on something that you cannot comprehend. Look up the order October 13th 2024 baconator no cheese add mustard add onion medium fry and how I got that burger and those wedges from your breakfast menu in my bag at 9:30 in the evening I will have no idea then you gave no sauces and couldn't even give a chicken sandwich that wasn't hard as a frisbee and cold but had to wait on food.... I have the receiptis it's correct but clearly there you can't read or you just don't give a crap or both most likely since it's repeatedly happening you just don't care and your rating shows it and I'm sure this is just another review you will ignore.

The frostys are the best thing ever!!! Hand down this is an awesome place to stop by at, the employees are very friendly and the service is fast and great!!! Thank you wendys!!!
