Jack in the Box

This is the closest Jack in the Box to my house and we usually go despite the fact that customer service is usually lacking (we don’t blame the employees they appear short staffed most of the time). HOWEVER, I was served MOLDY bread. I was so disgusted, I could not eat anything else or finish my drink. I will not be going back here. Not sure I wanna even go to another Jack in the box.

Wow....worse attitude and undercooked/undersized food and thats that i ordered ahead online. This has been my favorite ast food restaurant chain since I was a kid and won't let this experience change that. I will be throwing this away as it does not look safe to eat. I politely asked if all the sauces were in bag and it turns out employee had a saucy attitude as well. I said ok drove off. I stopped to check my order and it was a mess. I had a large order of fries which were not even half full so pulled back in to let them know.she shrugged and rolled her eyes as she was talking to another employee. We exchanged fingers and that was that. Then I stopped again before I left to really inspect the rest of the things in my order. I called the restaurant and let her know and asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. I also filed a complaint online and and customer service number. The service was abismile and the undercooked food was dangerous. I hope to hear back from you for my refund. I know it's hard to find good employees especially these days but if that's really your manager your training needs some serious tweeking.

Service was mid, and they kept forgetting if they got me stuff like BBQ sauce and my drink. The food was also just okay. I’m mainly comparing it to Wendy’s or other fast food joints.
