I hate this location so much. Morning, afternoon, or night, you guys have to get something wrong or forget something, every. single. time. I've had to turn back around, and I am not exaggerating, every single time I go. Food is often not even hot. And why ask what sauce I want if you're just going to forget to put it in the bag anyway? Worst McDonalds in the valley, and that says a lot. Every single person there forgets the sauce every time. First or second time, no big deal. But across several shifts, different days, multiple people? It's almost on purpose.

They don't greet you on the speaker at drive thru, they simply ask what do you want to order, this is particularly at night time when I visit. Two nights ago around 9-10pm I ordered a big Mac combo and hot n spicy sandwich. I received the wrong order, my mistake for not checking my bag after numerous occasions of receiving the wrong order. I left home before realizing I had a double cheeseburger with sauces and fries btw my soda was not full, there was a good amount of unfilled soda in my cup. When I drove back to let them know they gave me the wrong food they then filled my soda and have my big mac and hot n spicy with not only frozen lettuce but also slimy and old. I was already too upset to go back a second time. Again this is a reoccurring issue receiving the wrong order and not even having the decency to give me soda worth my money. I don't like to complain that is why this is my first review. Unfortunately this location stays open late and is close to me. The workers seem unmotivated. I will not be visiting again.

It was a great day, Until. I woke up the next morning. The service is really nice and the food must have some drugs in it, otherwise why is it so addictive? And it was funny how the poster came down hitting just the outer plate of a customer's meal while he stood still enjoying the show in slow motion. I was surprised he didn't jump while eating his McNuggets.
