I stop in from time to time as this is a great restaurant and its food is always amazing when you need a quick fix. Yet tonight before closing with in the last hour of business I received a very poor example of not only decision making service due to the employee proceeding with the sale but a horrible example of just what a Tasty Freeze sundae should be. After placing a drive thru order for 2 sundaes the employee asked for a moment to check to see if there was any ice cream. She came back on the speaker to say there was some left and asked me to proceed to the window. Once she handed them over she began to apologize for the condition of the ice cream sundaes which was barely enough for both cups. First off they were nowhere near the size they are when I have stopped by in the past. They were also incomplete lacking the whipped topping and just looking at the sundaes you could see the lack of effort put into the order as the sundaes resembled a lumpy soup which would have fit in a McDonald's sundae cup. The excuse given was that it was almost closing time and they were cleaning up. All of this after she had already stated prior at the speaker when I ordered that she had enough ice cream. I have had the privilege of being a GM within the fast food industry who also had to work with ice cream machines. I know all too well about the heating cycles and how timers are set so that these machines may get the proper cleaning and maintenance. If this was the case then the employee should have made it clear and I would have had the information needed to decide for myself whether to proceed with the order. Although I made the purchase it was only to take a picture of the subpar quality of what this restaurant viewed as a sale worthy item. This is the only place to purchase Tasty Freeze ice cream in this area which makes it all the more disappointing. I hope to get better service in the future as work has me traveling through this particular area quite often.

Just returned from this location. Ordered the 10 chilidogs for $10 ( after 8pm). I was sold 20 chilidogs for $25.76. When I got home I called back because the math didn't work and was told it wasn't 8pm when I ordered. If I missed it was only by a minute. I would think when I made the order as the 10 for $10 special this would have brought to my attention.No this $4 will not change my lifestyle. The question is will it change theirs? If you don't want to abide by a deal don't post it. If someone order's it at 7:59 instead of 8:00 let them know they don't qualify. It won't have any impact on me because I won't be back. That $4 and your lack of effort to inform me I was a minute early when I ordered cost you a loyal customer. Have a nice day.
