Ordered delivery today after my last experience was all messed up. Thought I’d try them again because I didn’t want to write them off after one mishap. Totally regretted my decision as soon as I opened the bag and my fries were not in the bag. (The fries are my favorite part.) I honestly don’t understand why reading the receipt/order is so hard. My last order was wrong too. Super irritated because the onion rings I got to try were not cooked at the way through and were doughy. Then after I took a drink of what I thought was my root beer I ordered…turned out to be Pepsi. Ruined my dinner I paid way too much for. Y’all need to do better.

Burger was alright, but due to the bad distribution of the sauce it was a bit dry. Curds were pretty good, sauces too. Staff needs training and learn how to greet customers and start a sale conversation. One of the guys in the back came and asked if we were the ones to get the prime burger, we answered yes, kid just walked away, we are still trying to figure out why the question.

I mean the burgers were like plastic with no seasoning on fries no juice and made most the burgers wrong and didn’t give us our sauces, look like they cooked it in one minute
