First time here and already love it. Food was great, very simple to order. Kids can run around while food is brought to your table. Plenty of seating inside and out. Definitely a new favorite place of ours to eat!

Every time I come here it gets worse and worse. Ice machine was broken, sodas didn't have any carbonation, half the tables hadn't been cleared, and the kids burger has gotten laughably tiny It's nice that there's a place where kids can play, but it also needs to be a functioning restaurant

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews but was left beyond baffled and extremely disappointed as to what happened with my nuggets. My husband and I love Hat Creek, but this time in drive thru, makes me never want to go back to this location. My nuggets looked like they were partially eaten & in a bunch of pieces. It was supposed to be an 8 piece, but it was a couple of whole pieces, and the rest were a mess. It looked like it was the bottom of a bag & they decided why not let's give little pieces and call it a nugget. To top it off, service was horrible in the drive thru. Major language barrier with the woman taking my order & unprofessional at the window. Come on, Hat Creek, you guys are better than this.
