Ordered the Oreo Mint Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee from this location. Got this drink and asked them if it was the right drink, they said yes. Looks nothing like the picture.

Disgusting, filthy, not a single person capable of speaking English and working the register. Specifically the shift lead Cynthia. We placed an order at the kiosk #531, the receipt didn’t print we asked Santiago to print a receipt, he tried but didn’t know how to. He asked the alleged, rude non English speaking shift lead: Cynthia to print the receipt. She responded she was busy. We had our order number so we didn’t make a fuss. We didn’t get our cup so we asked again if we could have our the cup we noticed the drink machine was leaking and running water from the drain well. At that point we just asked for a refund because Cynthia was extremely rude to us, the customer and her poor coworker Santiago. Promote Santiago to shift lead. Cynthia is completely incompetent. Cynthia not only refused the refund or to make the order, the imbecile threatened to called the police. Both our party and Santiago looked at Cynthia like she was remedial. Not only did the situation not warrant a police threat, the request for a refund was valid. I called the police myself because she would have more to worry about than me. When the police arrived she told them she was too busy to even address the issue. To whom this me concern: it was Me that called ICE and the health department. All because someone didn’t have the good sense to clean the lobby, front counter or but a ‘out of order’ notice in the drink machine. This was certainly a nostalgic stop after Christmas shopping gone WRONG.

Burger is ok, fries is bad. Boba is ok. Coffee is not. I don't drink coffee often. They have a Coca-Cola machine installed. Staff are pretty nice, some don't speak english. You can just order with the machine, though.
