This is an interesting location. There is no dine in area. To order, there is a walk-up window aside from the drive-thru. For service and to use the restrooms, there is a doorbell for service. Service is slow when ordering via walk up.

I just left this place and gave my wife her first meal since childbirth and they missed the cheese on both sandwiches, not forgot, but MISSED on sandwich has cheese with maybe 1/4 of it on the sandwich, the rest stuck to the box. The other the cheese is on the box, completely off the sandwich. What the heck is going on in there. The food always seems to be like this.

Made a mobile order. Got there, they had no order. Yet, came out of my account, receipt in email. Was told I didn’t pay, was told to enable my location. Didn’t need to do either because was already done. The young lady was telling me to go to the window and get out of my car instead of going through the drive-through. I told her why should I have to do that? All I want is my food. She walked off while I was trying to talk to her. When I asked her name, the manager Lauren said that they do not use name tags, which I think that is a lie, but I will definitely check again with corporate and see if name tags are used. I was not yelling, I was very calm, I just wanted the food that I had paid for. I showed the bank account she said not enough proof. What proof do you need????? A receipt?? got it! The customer service needs to be worked on. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue.
