Not only were we shorted $20 cash from our change, which we fixed with a very flustered and fidgety carhop, but what left me most uneasy was when the lights were shut off on customers eating outside right at 11pm (we’ve been here since 10:15pm). Very distasteful! I posted two of the same photo to show the time stamp of 11:01pm and the only light shining on customers was our headlights!

Got a drink and fries and tater tots. Total was 9.39. Decided to give cash and gave 15 dollars. Thought I’ll be extra nice and give that much tip. Betty brought my food, not only was not a single thank you uttered from her mouth, but she looked at the cash and just walked off after handing me my food. NEVER asked if I wanted change back. That’s pretty standard. I’ve been ordering fast food for over 3 decades. She just assumed she got a 5 dollar tip and on top of that she had so much attitude. Will def be going back bc I love sonic food but I will def be tapping the screen asking for a new waitress if I see Betty’s name on the screen again. Please hire employees who have common sense and manners. This tipping culture is out of control and the entitlement is insane. Go work at a clothing store if you’re going to be such a jerk about tip. And last time I checked, an almost 50% tip is VERY generous.

Sonic tonight definitely wasn’t good. These young kids they have working in their doesn’t pay attention to the order then, they brought the order out it’s not right they took 30 minutes to figure how they messed up our order had an attitude this was totally unprofessional and unacceptable he partially brought the order. I asked for grilled onions pickles mustard on one and the 2nd order similar but add tomato lettuce onions rings was cold and they put ketchup on my burger! Him and his other little worker standing around messing up others carhops orders as well! This is the worst crew I’ve seen that is irresponsible.
