This was a terrible experience, from service down to the food. I ordered a texas biggie bag for myself and it was the same as a biggie bag that I bought for my kiddos. I tried to order through the drive thru and I couldn’t get a response from anyone so I drove around saw them laughing in the window. I parked and went inside to place my order. At first it seemed like no one wanted to take my order when I walked in. Finally after a minute of stares a kid took my order. Why put a Wendy’s in our area if you don’t want customers? I asked for onions and they gave me one small onion on my burger. Ridiculous and I would rather drive to the other side of Frisco than to come back! Corporate needs to get involved. I wish I could give a review and not give a star. Service and good were very upsetting!

After working a double I decided to place an order via app. 11/19/24 the young lady on the speaker was very rude. I placed $14 order and this is what a received. A extremely hard chicken patty. It was so hard that my teeth wouldn’t even pierce the patty. I’m extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would.

Wendy's HQ needs to come Q/C this location. The food served here is not franchise quality. Ordered a #1 double and got served meat that tastes like it was cooked 2 days ago burnt, dry, and rock hard!! Had to drive back and showed the Mgr. He agreed it was bad and quickly remade my order, to only give me more dry burnt beef patties!!!! Had other issues with this location, but this is it for me. I will NEVER spend my money here until changes are made.
