After my burger was made wrong I had to drive back to have it remade and I guess out of retaliation burger was remade with mustard that I did not ask for and made so sloppy I had to reassemble it myself and had what appears to be a purposely squished bun this location was my go to Location because of bad service at the one right by my house, but it seems I can’t even go here anymore also, rude comments were made, and the manager on duty she was laughing I wanted them to add lettuce they barely put any on and it looks like they drizzle grease all over it. Honestly, I’m not gonna eat it because I don’t trust these people. It was supposed to be a sweet and spicy burger with added lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles With buns toasted on both sides this is easily the worst burger I have ever received from the franchise and they forgot my bacon

After a long, rewarding day showing houses all over Collin County with some amazing clients who just relocated from California, we decided to stop by Whataburger—and wow, it was the perfect ending to the day! Their Patty Melt was absolutely incredible—gooey, melty cheese, perfectly grilled onions, and that signature creamy pepper sauce all sandwiched between perfectly toasted bread. It’s the ultimate Texas comfort food and hit the spot after a busy day on the road. My clients also tried the Chicken Whatawings, and they were impressed to say the least! Crispy, full of flavor, and with just the right amount of heat, these wings were the perfect snack to refuel us for the drive back to the office and the hotel for my client. Pairing them with their ranch dipping sauce took it to the next level. If you’re in North Texas or Collin County, Whataburger is a must-visit, especially for anyone new to the area. From the iconic Patty Melt to the delicious Whatawings, it’s Texas dining at its finest. Whether you’re a lifelong Texan or just moved here from California, this is one stop you won’t regret.

I had a Great Customer Service Experience. I usually don't like double patties, most places don't want to take the time to ring it up. Spencer Was Great With A Kind Positive Response. She was very understanding and with a smile at all time, help her co-worker with kindness. Mr. Sloan and Mr. Kastion, Thank you for having an Excellent Person working. To many it might seem silly a burger right. It was her Kindness that made my meal and day Best. Came and checked on my meal. Come by and enjoy the atmosphere.
