My order is always on point when I come to this particular location. Never fails. Employees need a raise or a bonus or something. Been coming to this location for almost 2 years now since I moved into the area. I have to give credit when it’s do. I really hope corporate or management see this and blesses the employees.

This Jack is awesome. I stopped by the drive thru for a quick breakfast to start my day and my experience was incredible. The lady at the radio was very kind and helpful. She helped me out with recommendations of customers who’d she has previously talked to. I ended up going with the grilled chicken sandwich which was beyond delicious. I recommend them if youre craving some Jack!

%100 of the time I order through the app because of deals & the only way I can get my 5 ranches without charge. Today the app messed up putting a coupon when I had 0 items on cart witch lead to me not being able to make any orders & even tho I tried resetting it stayed the same. I know & respect the rule or charging for dipping sauce but Sharon didn't care that the app didn't work & I had an issue i couldn't fix. Only put 2 ranches & told me I had to pay for the other 3. I've been knowing this rule & I respect it that's why I order through the app... But this ONE single time I had technical issues she act like the .75 going to come out her paycheck if she would of have me the other 3... Bought 2 combos & for 2 shisty ass ranches that only last for the fries, whole appetite was ruined because Sharon wanted to trip on .75... Sharon gave the worsed customer service over 3 lil ranches...
