Food was good, got there ordered on the screens they have and then waited for my order. They where supposed to take it to me because I had ordered for there but they had made my order togo so I was waiting for a while. Never heard them clearly call my number until I guess one of them went around and seen my number on my table and gave it to me. The place was clean I'll give them that. Good came out ok just I guess it want clear when to pick up or why they made my order togo and not for eating in store.

Another review Whoever in charge of fries need to do another position because they always skimp you if you buy large they give you medium if you get medium they give you small They always lie about what they have and don’t have and just lack customer service skills. This place janky but convenient.. Not all the workers are bad but some should definitely find new jobs. It’s hit or miss here lately been a lot of misses.

We moved back to Mesquite Texas, two weeks ago and since that time have been living in a hotel awaiting our home availability. During that time each morning, I go to the McDonald’s located on interstate 635 in Mesquite and I yet generally order two large coffees with two equals and two creams in each one. Sometimes fast food has a bad reputation for not getting the order right however, your drive-through personnel, specifically Janet always gets it right. I always ask for a carrier for the coffee cups and extra sweetener and cream. After my second day going through the drive-through Janet automatically prepared my order as I wanted it. This is the definition of conscientiousness and I think Janet should be rewarded for her outstanding customer service. Tim and Charlotte Gerald Mesquite Texas
