I ordered a pickup for 2 sandwiches not a course meal from Uber eats and they (Wendy’s) updated the status saying that it’s ready for pickup. So it’s was confirmed for pickup around 10am and I went there at 10:40 and even after coming 40 mins late for 2 little sandwiches the workers told me that they haven’t even started the order?? There were no cars at location not even a single customer inside the restaurant so they were just bs around.. very awful experience. The fact that I came there in the middle of work too was a cherry on top

Just went and ordered Dave's double meat, and they gave me this for $12.49. Last time I'll go to Wendy's.

Yall should be ashamed of y’all selves. Food was very cold and old. You can’t blame the DoorDash because the only thing they do is pick up the food and bring it to me, but this will be my last time ordering from you guys cause this doesn’t make any sense. Y’all should be shut down nuggets been up there all day fries, old cold The burger was threw together. Just really don’t make any sense. And just know I will be contacting someone tomorrow
