Bubba's 33

Well as many times as I have been to Midland I had never been to Bubba’s 33, a very busy place that’s for sure. It’s a Sports Bar/ Restaurant. We were greeted by the hostess and although the place was packed we were seated at a table, the menu had lots of choices for all food types, they even serve pizza. Our server was friendly and mostly attentive even with it being busy. We had the fried pickles for an appetizer and they were delicious served with ranch and a sweet creamy sauce, I had the 12oz ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, food was good and will definitely stop here again.

This is my normal go-to when I want something I know im not gonna regret. I always just bring my book to read && eat. I always have great service, im glad that the hostess come to check on tables as well when they arent busy. I know waitresses sometimes get busy. I went today on a Tuesday && I didn't know they had pizza for $11 ish bucks. I brought it home, but i did have mild bone in wings (not spicy, great flavor) and loaded fries. Im not crazy about the fries, but the concept is there. If you sign up for emails, you will get some good coupons. (Cant be combines with pizza discount)

If I could give the service zero stars I would. I am of age to drink, the waitress said she could not accept my ID because it was vertical due to "policy". I just got a different drink, but my boyfriend got two drinks and was told he had to finish one before being brought the other? When he was brought the next one, I mixed some with my coke, and again, I am over 21 which the waitress saw. The waitress saw this, and a manager took my coke and said it's because I mixed it with alcohol, as if I am underage. And they STILL charged us for that drink, instead of comping it at least. I have never had this issue here before and seemed to be an issue with just that waitress. I am not coming back.
