DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! I placed an order at 10:10am. When I got there at 10:20 they cancelled my order. I went and spoke with the representative and he kept saying the order was after 10:30am after they stopped serving. The order was placed at EXACTLY 10:10:33am. NOT 10:30. IT WAS AT 10:10 obviously 3 people couldn’t read time. I spoke to 2 managers and neither one could assist or even make up for the inconvenience. Now I have to wait 5 days until my card is refunded with the money THEY ALREADY TOOK FOR MY CANCELLED ORDER. DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Can’t be ut this place into the “fast food” category because they take way longer than most other McDonald’s. Have met really friendly managers and couple Workers there. But also have had some that hand me the food and not say anything. So really needs focus of Managers to ensure workers acknowledge customers. Just try being like Chick-fil-A a little!

We stood in line waiting for someone to wait on us. Plenty of associates behind the counter all seemingly with “things to do” but taking new customer orders wasn’t at the top of the list. When we were finally helped there was no apology offered for the lack of service.
