This whataburger is great. There was is employee that was on break but I wanted to shout his kindness. I was sitting goofing around with my husband and I see he gives this family origami art. I thought it was so sweet. He ended up giving us one too. I appreciated that kind gift. Y’all are lucky to have such a kind person working for y’all. Thanks man.

Velma provided great customer service and was super friendly from the moment we walked in. I noticed her helping the older man in front of us and going the extra mile. Then we ordered and she was very attentive. We sat down and noticed our drinks were off and had no carbonation, and mentioned it to Velma and she took care of it with no hesitation. She has a welcoming demeanor and you can tell she enjoys working for Whataburger. You don’t see her kind of customer service anymore which is very refreshing to see.

The Sunday morning crew on 3/9 unfortunately was pretty unpleasant throughout the entire drive through service. The person taking the order and the person bringing food to the car both very clearly did not want to be there. It was our first time ordering a tray of cinnamon rolls and had questions whether they came heated or not. I wouldn’t have thought that to be an unreasonable question, but the tone in the response genuinely made me feel like an idiot. For those that want to know, no the tray does not come heated. Also, no the tray of cinnamon rolls does not include instructions for recommended heating.
