Despite the wait, the tacos served here never fail to astound me with their exceptional taste and quality. It's always a delightful surprise how consistently delicious they are. Additionally, the level of customer service provided is commendable, adding to the overall positive experience. However, it's hard to ignore the downside of the long queues and occasional encounters with rudeness in the drive-thru. Despite the delectable offerings and friendly service, these factors can detract from the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. Nevertheless, despite the challenges, this spot maintains its appeal, drawing in patrons with its enticing menu and flavorful cuisine.

I ordered a chocolate oreo blizzard, I ate a little over half and the rest is just plain vanilla, this has been happening since 2020 with any blizzard I order, mix them, please and thanks.

GROSS, As I left the Grandview Dairy Queen drive through window around 5:45pm on 01/26/25 in Odessa, TX. I took a bite and noticed they microwaved my hamburger and it cooked all the hamburger veggies and harden the patty. I also could tell it was heated up in the microwave prior to handing it to me because the bun was so hot I almost could not hold it and it had a rubbery texture. Geez, if they heated it up that means more than likely at some point it cold down and it was already pre-cooked. Gross, I hope it doesn't make me sick. Geez...what is sad is they weren't even busy.
