My experience was fast, courteous and fresh. I ordered the fish sandwich with curly fries, buttermilk and washed it down with a Dr. Pepper. It was delivered!

I would like to say that i do like jack in the box, but today my father and I went there because it was by office depot. We went in the drive thru, the dude on the speaker said fountain drinks werent available so like okay. My dad ordered a **combo** meal and 3 jr. burgers for my siblings and I. First, The dude gives my dad a can of diet coke, and tells us to go pull up and wait for our food. So we did, and then a guy comes out with our food. My dad asked where the fries were and the guy said that we didnt order fries, when I remember, he ordered curly fries. And then the guy says we didnt order the combo meal when we did. They then said that we can go reorder it if we liked. It was absurd. My dad lost his patience and drove off. When we got home, my dad told me to give the other two burgers to my siblings. My brother opens his and says, "Theres mold on my burger bun!" AND GUESS WHAT? ITS MOLD. Not only was service terrible, so was the food. I didnt check my burger so I dont know if there was mold on mine. I feel sick writing this right now, and the burger is in the trash

Worst JACK IN THE BOX I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DIDNT HAVE SPOONS NOT WILLING YO DO ANYTHING, manager sitting on office gossiping with employees while one person was working. The poor kid didn’t know much kept asking for help and manager plus other employees kept saying just tell him you can’t or you’re not allowed to. I ordered very simple and basic Oreo shake. Didn’t even have spoons for it let alone napkins. This place needs some attention from corporate, or owner. One star for the one kid trying to work and do what he’s supposed to. The rest of the people there need to go. Just collecting a check and bs on the office.
