JISELLA!!! This one’s for you!! Long story short, my wife is pregnant and was craving a burger with extra onions and extra pickles! So I drove out of my way, and while in drive-through, I specifically asked make sure that you put extra onions and pickles on the burgers!! When I got home, you could see on the receipt Extra onions and extra pickles when you open the burger, there was not one pickle, not one onion of an onion on either burger. This is not the first time this happened. When I called and spoke with Jisella she told me she would remake the burgers and have them ready for me, but that was not good enough. I should not have to drive out of my way when you should’ve done your job right the first time so I asked for my money back. She said she couldn’t do that, I will never come back to this location and tomorrow I don’t care how long I have to sit on hold. I will be calling corporate giving them my receipt number. I will do surveys and I will fail this location for the service that I received all of you young kids cry that you want $15 an hour, but you can’t even get a damn order right next time. I will put my car in park and check everything in my order and make sure it’s to my liking before I drive off, everyone at this location should be ashamed of himself. The store manager should be ashamed of himself.

Super slow asked what I ordered 3 times before I got my food. Never go here but every time I do it's terrible.

Didn't have to wait long for my food, but every table was extremely nasty. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in days.
