My wife and I tried to use our mobile discount 7 times. They couldn't figure it out, and when I asked them if they could honor the deal anyways since it was a error on their end. This young girl in a yellow shirt turns her head and shuts the window. We spoke to the manager and she was nice and offered compensation (which we refused.). It wasn't about the money, it's about the complete disrespect of a customer, and our drinks tasted off.

Completely unprofessional. I understand as a fast food worker you get really busy at times, but ignoring customers is blatant disrespectful. I ordered online and was told it was ready, I even waited an extra 5 minutes to be sure. Arrived and stood at the counter for 9 minutes before being helped and on top of that my drink wasn’t prepared properly. I highly do not recommend this location until they change staff.

The employee started off by not greeting me at the drive up speaker. Noone else was in line at all. I had to say hello. My first sandwich was wrong, my second sandwich was cold, my fries were cold and unsalted. The second order was rang up without fries (at their fault) but she decided to try to charge me for their mistake. I asked her for fresh fries since they were cold and she sent back cold fries again. On top of that she was so rude. I advised her several times ma'am I'm not upset with you at all I just want my order correct and she had the nastiest attitude I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant In my life. On top of that the sprite was carbonated. I've never had such poor service at this location but I have noticed that this is the third time this particular employee been at the window on my visits and she was rude each time. She was just extremely rude today and my children were in the vehicle. I didn't yell or say any profanities to her she just seemed upset by the fact that my order was wrong which was ridiculous.
