This location is consistent in providing great service and solid late night fast food options conveniently located right off the Dallas North tollway service road in Plano so it's also pretty easy to find. Love the egg rolls and cheap prices. Online ordering is also very smooth and easy unlike many of the competitors (I'm looking at you Taco Bell)

ICE cold fries, dry burger patties that were clearly cooked at two different times (neither one was fresh) & the drink was garbage as well. Whole order ruined. Honestly impressed at the lack of quality. It is consistently bad, possibly on purpose (to ensure no one comes back).

We just ordered a triple bacon burger combo (curly fries) with a grilled chicken sourdough sandwich and 2 tacos and the fries are not curly and my grilled chicken sandwich is missing! We grabbed jack in the box on the way to a movie that starts at 10:00 so we were in a rush! I just spent 15 minutes of the previews attempting to call the location but of course the numerous attempts I made just kept ringing until they just hang up. It is frustrating that this happens so often at fast food places and I normally just let it go but this location in particular has left out part of previous orders! Also, I don't live in Plano!
