I had to wait 10 mins for my food. Which I understand they probably had to make something. Except all my food was basically cold? And other people went around me in the drive through? What was the point of making me wait😭

They gave us a half filled mcflurry and asked if it was okay. When told "no, can we please get a refund" they rolled their eyes at us. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. They did the order bump, where they said they delivered it to not mess up their metrics and then we had to go inside. Our sandwiches were burned, fries were cold, they gave my daughter a lightyear toy. Lightyear came out TWO years ago! She wanted the inside out 2 toy. Corporate needs to clean house at this location.

First time to McDonald's in years. Chicken nuggets were hard and barely warm. Reported it to the young super-busy skinny staff at the counter, who offered to make me a new batch--exemplary service. The new fresh batch was almost the best in town--quality. To err is human, but to be willing and accountable to correct for our errors is commendable. We also witnessed this staff having to patiently deal with an unnecessary amount of immature attitudes from some young arrogant customers. She deserves a huge raise!
