My eggs were green/gray. I did not eat anything after that one bite. They had to have seen them as they were cooking. The girl that took my order was doing the drive through AND delivering to the waiting cars in front. Need more hands for the morning shift.

This team doesn’t understand how to execute curbside, the TM came to the car and handed us a bag, then tried to remember my bf’s name without the receipt, then asked if we were there to pick up an order…the bag was already in his hand! Additionally they have messed up order twice now. Apparently they can’t grill anything because grilled jalapeños were missing from our burger and grilled onions missing from our chicken sandwich. Fries were bad, soggy; so much so they were molded into a small brick in the large fry box because they weren’t holding crispy shape because they’re old. This restaurant is consistently bad. Watch the camera at 10:20pmish; you’ll see a whole slew of crew in the lobby, not sure clocked out or what but definitely not focusing on the quality or accuracy of my food.

This place has gone downhill, sitting in line for 15-20 mins for "fast food" is ridic. Even when the inside is empty. Thought maybe it was just the morning shift but every single shift is the same. Quality of food has sunk bottom of the barrel as well. Good luck making a complaint to management, they will never reply. Must be a Chicago thing.
