This was our first time dining inside this Whataburger in Plano, as we usually go through the drive-thru. I was really impressed by how clean the restaurant is! I used the restroom, and it was spotless, smelled great, and everything was well-organized. We were helped by Mae, and she was absolutely wonderful! She is an outstanding employee—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. If anyone from Whataburger in Plano is reading this, you should definitely give her a raise! She is hardworking, dedicated, and truly an asset to your team. My son really liked her too—he even asked me to leave this review! Thank you, Mae, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Whataburger never disappoints when I'm craving a classic burger! The food is always hot, fresh, and made just how I like it. Their burgers are juicy, flavorful, and generously portioned, leaving me satisfied every time. The staff is friendly, and the service, especially through the drive-thru, is quick and efficient. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or late-night cravings, Whataburger consistently delivers delicious food with a side of Texas hospitality. A true fast-food favorite that I can count on—definitely 5 stars!

Let me just start off with how LUKE WARM the food was . It’s like ur whole meal needs to be stuck in the microwave && heated up . To add , the sloppiness of my sandwich was ridiculous. The second opened it , it was sauce leaking out of all sides of the new Buffalo sandwich . As I ate it it kept falling apart as well . The inside of the restaurant was very clean , however the food was very unsatisfactory !! Cold , sloppy sandwich && cold , old fries !
