It's rare to find a fast food chain that cares about their customers. A mistake was made and quickly taken care of. The manager, Omar, and his staff are pleasant and professional. The food here is not only nostalgic but delicious. Take a look.

Did takeout and the window person was very careful double-checking to be sure everything was there - so appreciated. Also he was out of the small salad so he substituted a full- size one. I felt cared for and appreciated. The chicken itself was fresh and just right.

The quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. $9.49 for a 3 tender combo. Look how tiny the tenders are! My straw was also sealed shut. This was such a disappointing experience. I have been coming here for years, but I don't think I am going to return if this is what they consider good service.
