The store interior looked clean and there was indoor playground for kids. No cashier at the cashier desk. Some customers just waited at the front for help for quite a while. I could see one team member with the headset busy on the drive through order, but there should have been at least one team member focusing on the customers inside the store. Also, there was totally no smile from the team members.

I have done both dine-in and take-out, and let me tell ya, this place is doing it right. Not only by McDonald's standards, but fast-food standards. The service that I was given, both by the drive-thru and John at the counter, makes me feel that despite the consumer rush and productivity expectations, this establishment still seeks to serve it's customers as well as under their jurisdiction. Oh, and the food has never been lacking by McDonald's standards. Always willing to substitute appropriately for missing items, haven't gotten an order wrong for me to date, and they always try to get the food to me as fresh as they have available.

I will never go to this McDonald's again. You can only order through a kiosk which was very confusing and hard to use. When I tried to ask for help, no one spoke English to help me. It was a very difficult situation which should not happen in an easy fast food restaurant. I do not recommend
