I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Whataburger. I placed an order through the drive-thru, expecting fast service, but instead, I was told to park for curbside pickup. I ended up waiting over an hour for my food, which is absolutely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Not only was the wait ridiculous, but there was also no communication or updates from the staff. I had to go inside to check on my order, only to find that it had been sitting there getting cold. If I wanted curbside service, I would have ordered that way—but I chose the drive-thru for a reason. This location seriously needs to improve its efficiency and customer service. I won’t be coming back anytime soon if this is the kind of experience I can expect.

Shaquida at the Coit and Campbell location in Richardson is a true inspiration. Her personality, professionalism and passion about life is incredible. Everyone needs someone like her in their life. WOW.

Whataburguer is my favorite fast-food because it's delicious and it fills me up for longer opposed to McDonald's where I'm hungry a mere 2 or 3 hours after eating a large double quarter pounder meal. I always order here in drive-thru, staff is friendly and food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes they take their time but I don't mind since it's hard to find delicious food at a good price nowadays, even fast-food.
