Will not visit this location again. After being on the road for three hours, we stopped to pick up something to eat and continue our trip. We asked for fresh roasted chicken. The manager said they had some that had been sitting there for 25 minutes or we could wait five minutes to get fresh of course we opted to wait five minutes. When we opened up our to go plates to check it out, it looked like it had been sitting there for 25 minutes. I think he gave us the old chicken and told me to trust him that we were getting the “fresh roasted chicken“ we did not want to eat the food. It did not look good. And my husband‘s mac & cheese look like a glob of cheese instead of mac & cheese. We asked for a refund which we got. And also, the bathroom is not ADA compliant.

Dirty place, restrooms and tables. The self service drinks area was horrible, dirty and full trash over counter. The chicken leg they served me, looked like a quail leg, that was ridiculous (I’m still hungry). The Mac & Cheese pasta extremely over cooked. Definitely the owners don’t care about this business, only to take money from your pocket, they just care about charging you even for a smile. The priority is to have your money, not to offer you an experience. It looks abandoned by the owners. No cleaning, uniform, portions and serves policies. Dishes looks sad, boring and tasteless.

Ask for 16 tender meal, family fries, soda and chicken sandwich. Tender meal was spicy, sandwich wasn’t added and I was charged for it, and when I called trying to get an answer from someone, get hung up on three times. Would drive down there, but their location is a pain to get to due to the round about one has to take to get there.
