I hate to say it, but Sonic is really going down hill. App never seems to work and the service is awful. Submitting a photo of the Grilled Cheese Sandwich I purchased today. Sadly, it's like this at almost every Sonic I go to now in Texas!

I got there a couple minutes after 11:30pm only waning to order 2 blasts and they said they were only fulfilling online orders (which stopped at that time) and they they were no longer taking active orders. I get if there were only 10/15 minutes left h til closing time but with 30 whole minutes and i’m only ordering 2 blasts is kind of crazy. Especially since i had driven to this once because the sonic by my house was already closed (an hour early) and there was another car that had finished ordering after we pulled in (i could tell because they had JUST handed them a receipt.)

You know 1st off I completely live closer to a different location. However, I do come here because I have a friend of mine that works here. And he gives it all he has when he works! Now of course I understand the construction takes a toll on everyone and everyone's in a rush. Everybody wants their service now now. But there are employees that do show up to work. They do care for their job no matter what the pay. They don't burn food, they don't lack anything in customer service and they don't forget what you need in your bag when they hang you your order. Now this does not fit the description of every employee here. I understand they recently acquired a general manager and I believe their food service provider Ben E. Keith foods is now giving a little more attention to this particular location. Anyway... good luck to this location and to the employees who do show up for work and are thirty years younger than I am that give it all they have to make sure that this old man gets what he needs appreciate it!
